About me
It all began with a simple idea fuelled by a deep passion.
Creating amazing food where ever, whenever! using seasonal, local and foraged food.
I have worked many years in the restaurant industry, working my way up the ranks and even having a recipe published in a Swedish recipe book.
I absolutely love working with food and my passion speaks volumes with every dish I create.
But nothing beats living with nature, growing and preparing what our beautiful earth has to offer.
At Carrie’s Kitchen, I believe food is the fuel for the body, mind and soul! That’s why I prepare homemade, good quality, tasty & healthy food.
A big part of my vision is awareness of human & earth health, which is reflected in the carefully and lovingly developed menu's that change with the seasons.
Taking inspiration from nature and the wellbeing of our planet. I strive to only use local, Organic, foraged and GMO-free ingredients.
Cooking is done without a microwave, fryer, seed oils or aluminium,
and I absolutely love cooking over an open flame in the heart of nature. It truly connects you to the earth giving you a huge appreciation for your surroundings & what you eat.
As a small business, I pride my self on personal attention to detail & quality.
